- Design information: The address or location name you enter to generate coordinates. This is used only to create your design and is not stored on our servers after your session ends.
- Order information: Your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number).
- Email address: If you sign up for our mailing list, we store your email with our email provider (Kit, formerly ConvertKit).
- Usage data: Basic analytics about how visitors use the site (page views, referral sources) via our analytics provider.
How We Use Your Information
- To produce and ship your pillow order
- To communicate about your order (confirmation, tracking, support)
- To send you emails if you have subscribed to our list (you may unsubscribe at any time)
- To improve the website and customer experience
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not print your street address on your pillow. Only the coordinates generated from your location appear in the design.
- We do not store location data after your session ends.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate our store:
- Printify — our print-on-demand production partner. Your order details are shared with Printify to fulfill your pillow.
- Kit (ConvertKit) — our email marketing platform. Your email address is stored here if you subscribe.
- OpenStreetMap Nominatim — used to convert addresses to coordinates in your browser. No account or login is required.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies for basic functionality (such as remembering your design session). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
