Because every pillow is handcrafted to order with your unique coordinates and design choices, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse. But we stand fully behind the quality of our work.
If any of the following apply to your order, please contact us — we will reprint or refund, no questions asked:
Contact us at hello@gpspillowshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once we review your claim, we will let you know within 2 business days whether a reprint or refund has been approved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your design enters production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at hello@gpspillowshop.com with your order number.
